As part of their ambition to become digitally first, Aviva identified their customer relationship platform as a crucial factor which needed updating. This was a key component of Aviva’s digital transformation and eventually led to their successful migration from Cheetah-mail to the Adobe Experience Cloud.
ewe’s team maintained close communication with Aviva throughout the process, training and supporting the teams at different locations to ensure a seamless transition between platforms. Robust procedures were put into place to manage proactiveness, whilst co-ordination with Aviva’s internal project to build campaigns for email. We explored different ways of approaching the email builds from templates, mobile responsive emails, to animated and dynamic versions. A crucial part of this development was to demonstrate the most efficient utilisation of the relative customer/acquisition journeys.
By having a team which were prepared to be dynamic, hard-working and willing to challenge the client, we were able to work in tandem with Aviva to support their staff whilst moving to the Adobe Experience Cloud. We couldn’t have asked for a better result, we had more than managed expectations, and Aviva successfully transferred their system whilst maintaining compelling customer journeys with engaging and exciting integrated campaigns.
