JML wanted to raise awareness for one of their products, to generate interest and sales. They asked us to organise an event whereby they could garner as much positive coverage as possible of their products and create a buzz around their brand.
We planned the event to appeal to the media whilst providing a platform for JML to showcase their product and provide content for a social media campaign. Due to tight timeframes of 3 weeks, we had to manage the job efficiently so that we hit deadlines, and ensured we had a successful press attendance. This was their first product posted event and attendees included the JML board directors.
We organised the event at the Good Housekeeping venue in Soho, London under the Bubbles and Brunch headline. Through personal invitations and telephone follow ups, we had extensive press, media an blogger coverage, including product giveaways. We employed Phil Vickery to host the event and provide social endorsement for a 3 month period, he also created seven bespoke recipes for the event that could be used across all media for an unlimited period. We produced vast photography and video footage which we repurposed across social channels increasing customer engagement and sales.
